Travel Order for a Bus
A travel order for a bus, as with a truck, is a mandatory document for recording and monitoring transport, but it is adapted to the specific requirements of passenger transport. The document is used for public passenger transport—scheduled and non-scheduled—or for a company’s own transport needs
Unlike a cargo transport order, the main difference is that a bus travel order primarily records the transport of people, rather than cargo in terms of its weight and type of goods. A travel order is issued for each use of the vehicle and remains valid until the transport is completed, that is, until the vehicle returns to the carrier’s base. It is completed in two copies, legibly and without erasures, and any corrections must be certified. The completed and certified order must remain in the vehicle with the driver throughout the journey
The standard form for buses in Montenegro is Form PN-1
