RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM A DISTANCE PURCHASE

Purchases made through the website http://ljetopis.me/ are considered distance sales under the Consumer Protection Law of Montenegro (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 070/17).

Right to unilateral termination of the contract

The customer (consumer) has the right to withdraw, without stating a reason, from a distance contract within 14 days from the day the goods are delivered to them.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the trader of their decision within the stated period.

How to exercise the right

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by:

  • completing the unilateral contract termination form
  • sending a statement by email to: [email protected]

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from the contract:

  • The customer is entitled to a refund
  • Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received
  • The product must be undamaged and, where possible, in its original packaging

Costs of returning goods

The customer bears the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

The customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The Buyer has no right to withdraw in the case of:

  • goods made to the customer's specifications
  • goods that have been used or damaged
  • sealed goods that have been opened (for hygiene reasons)
  • software or digital content after activation

Refunds

Refunds are made:

  • using the same payment method as used for the purchase
  • without undue delay, after receipt of the returned goods
