BIS import 1Plus3 is the name given to a special supplementary set of Single Administrative Document (JCI) forms that must be completed during the import process whenever more than one item of goods is imported
Paper forms (continuous forms or A4 sets) are retained for process continuity or as a backup procedure, or as printouts from the IT system for use as evidence
